Pianist / Educator
Andrea Shaut is one of the most in-demand Hudson Valley musicians on the piano. As the pianist for the West Point Military Academy Glee Club , she has performed for prestigious events throughout the country. As an educator, Andrea maintains a private teaching studio in Kingston, NY where she teaches students of all ages. As an accompanist, she works with Hudson Valley professionals, colleges, high schools, and community organizations helping performers to sound their best.
As part of Old Dutch Church's popular lunchtime series, I will be debuting a new chamber group through Midtown Music. The trio consists of Drew Youmans on violin, Laurie Sakhnovskiy on trumpet, and yours truly on piano. We will be playing a 30 minute program of all american composers. Come join the (FREE) fun on your lunchbreak.
